On your bike, Dom!

After 14 years with Three Dragons, Dominic Houston begins his retirement at the end of June 2026.  Dominic has managed and worked on local plan viability, studies, site viability assessments, policy and housing research projects with Three Dragons after leaving Roger Tym & Partners/PBA in 2012.    Although many of the studies were close to Dominic’s base in SW England, he has undertaken studies in Wales, Northern Ireland, the South East and the North West.  

“I’ve been working with a great set of colleagues and we've had fun as well as tackling some quite difficult briefs.  Along the way we’ve met a wide variety of clients across the country and seen many of the same issues crop up in different places.  Hopefully I’ve added a bit of value to that!” 

Dominic is looking forward to spending more time with friends and family as well as on his bike.  He'll be hugely missed by all at Three Dragons who wish him the very best.
