Cranbrook Plan found sound

We are pleased to note that the examination of the Cranbrook Plan has found the Plan to be sound, subject to Main Modifications. Three Dragons with Ward Williams provided viability evidence for the Plan, with iterations based on changes to the land budget and dwelling mix, updated values and changes to the infrastructure requirements. The Inspector’s report concluded that “Whilst extensive discussion took place at the hearing on specific aspects of the viability assessment, significant differences remained between the positions of the parties.
